    And finally a list you don’t feel like you have to “check off” anything, instead a gentle reminder of your daily outlook on life 🙂

      Thank you, Ursula! My amazing doctor (nickname: Personal Jesus) has another brilliant approach to list-making. He says that the first item on any To Do List should be “Do Nothing”. That way, even on days when you can’t bring yourself to do ANYTHING, you can still cross something off the list and feel accomplished. 😉 Works like a charm!
