Guided Heart Coherence Practice
Heart Coherence is a simple and gentle somatic practice designed to bring your heart rhythms into a unified, coherent pattern. Maintaining a state of coherence in the heart helps the brain to come into alignment as well, leading to better physical, mental, and emotional well-being overall.
I am certified as an Add Heart Facilitator through the HeartMath Institute in Boulder, Colorado and have also received additional Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety, and Emotional Regulation through HeartMath as well.
