If you are ready to accelerate your personal growth and healing in a safe, effective, trauma-sensitive, and active way, then I’d love to work with you one on one! My private services are currently offered virtually (online) until it is safe to resume in-person sessions again in NW Calgary. My offerings are specifically geared towards people who wish to participate fully in their own transformation process, and I trust you to discern whether you are rushing or ready at this time. (Both options are so, so human and totally okay!) My role in these sessions as a facilitator is one of witness, space holder, and guide. You, as the Partner, already hold everything you need for your own advancement within you!

 

PSYCH-K® Sessions:

Psychological Kinesiology (PSYCH-K® for short) is a deceptively simple yet powerful modality that uses muscle testing and straightforward physical movements to overwrite limiting thoughts, beliefs, or programs that conflict with consciously held goals and values. PSYCH-K® sessions can be facilitated effectively in person, online over Zoom, or over the phone.

Breathwork Sessions:

Breathwork is a form of active meditation that uses the tool of the breath to effectively move and release any blocked, stagnant, or non-beneficial energies from the emotional body, including trauma. Sessions are offered virtually over Zoom or in my home studio, located in NW Calgary (under non-COVID conditions only!)
